They are also very oily even though I remove the outside oil with kitchen roll.
They taste great but are really difficult to eat.
If anyone has a tip to share that would be great.
I add an egg to the ground beef along with garlic and onion powder, worchestershire sauce, and pepper. Mash it all together so the egg and spices are mixed throughout the meat. Press it into patties and grill or fry. Make sure you let one side cook most of the way through before flipping it. If you don’t, it will crumble.
