  • Its not just enough to lower calories, its certain calories. If you cut down on fat calories, then you're gonna be wanting more food.

  • In my opinion, the biggest culprits are starch & sugar. Those are what I need to lay off. However, it's easier said than done. To compensate, I increased my exercises. Meanwhile, occasionally avoiding sodium helps me maintain healthy blood pressure levels.
