Its not just enough to lower calories, its certain calories. If you cut down on fat calories, then you're gonna be wanting more food.

In my opinion, the biggest culprits are starch & sugar. Those are what I need to lay off. However, it's easier said than done. To compensate, I increased my exercises. Meanwhile, occasionally avoiding sodium helps me maintain healthy blood pressure levels.
