Not really. Just pouring it from the bottle into the decanter will lessen some of the carbonation and then pouring it from the decanter into a glass will lessen its carbonation even more. With carbonated drinks, it is always best to pour straight from the bottle, so there is no loss of carbonation. The less disturbed it is, the better. This is why champagne is never decanted and is always poured straight from the bottle. Also, depending on the kind of seal for the stopper, the carbonation will keep expanding and could pop the stopper out. Even if it doesn't, the carbonation will continue to expand in the air space within the decanter and it will become flat within hours, so it's probably not the best idea. Just pour the cider directly from the bottle (or can) and you'll have a much better drink. 🙂
