  • Most of my meals consist of leafy greens and some meat, with a random combination of mushrooms, eggs and legumes on the side.
    I guess my favorite is sesame salmon tataki, but I also like plain steak or straccetti with mushrooms.

    • It’s very healthy, plenty of nutrients but also plenty of stuff you could live without. When combined with the above foods, you have a nutrient rich meal, tasty too.
