What are some really high protein and high starch foods that are each low in fat?

I'm putting together my diet plan for bulking, and I'm way overboard in fat, but I need something to make up the calories but not add a whole lot of fat because I need a lot of protein for muscle building, a lot of complex carbs (starch) for energy throughout the day, and only minimal fat <50g to maintain hormone levels.

Just dang, I'm trying to reach a daily meal plan with 331--348g carb (primarily starches], 165g protein, and 42--50g fat quota to reach 2433 calories and foods just keep pushing my fat number too high.

Please, no unusual or crazy expensive foods. I'm not buying weird or expensive stuff like jackfruit or swordfish.
