Fish with noodles in a spicy broth with spring onions and peppers
Fried thinly sliced potatoes in a spicy sauce with bell peppers and aubergines
Mixed veggies with tender beef

Was really good. But spicy as fuck I can't feel my mouth haha
Breakfast: 2 eggs with a large bowl of oatmeal.
2 pm: glass of milk and banana.
Around 8ish: grilled salmon with mashed potatoes and vegetables.
1 am: pb&j, couple slices of cheese & milk
It was a good day.
