Depends on the night, sometimes I'm craving salty, usually resulting in cheese, olives and crackers or pretzels and hummus, and sometimes I'm craving sweet, which will usually result in either ice cream or a handful of peanut M&Ms
I've given up late night snacking as I now do intermittent fasting.
