Whiskey (Irish) , wine (Bulgarian reds) beer, G&T in summer, rum. I make my own alcohol, a fruit brandy called Rakiya, from the grapes i grow, and from my apricots if the crop is good. To the grape rakiya i would add mulberry wood chips and gum tragacanth. The mulberry chips for flavour and colour, the gum to take the "firewater" effect from the alcohol and make it mellow.
