Rice, veggies and turkey. And a broccoli casserole with sweet potatoes. Made them both yesterday into individual meals and froze a bunch so I can warm them up on days I don't have time or energy to cook.

Spicy chicken bowls with green and yellow zucchini, red/green bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, sometimes i add peanuts or cashews, too all over quinoa. It's fast and goes over pretty well
