I’m thinking having no more than four in a week (normally only two) and when I do have them having them early in the morning.
Lmao well guess who just had two cans of V? lol me... this stuff becomes addictive hey.. Here in NZ at some places you need to have an ID to buy them. At one point I was drinking around 20 in a week. Now its about 8. Hopefully this week it'll be only the two I've had tonight. These sodas really aren't good for you... I tried kombucha and it wasn't great

Ther is a large amounts of caffeine that do damage the heart and mess up the rythm of the it's beat and function. The sugar in energy drinks are too high in one singel cann and only one cann gives the seply of a whole one day sugar that you need, plus the combination of sugar and caffeine do damage the brain electro mechanisms, plus it effect metabolism, just that is bad enough for me. Don't forget the ones who mix energy drinks with alcohol, always remember! No one gives a damn
How about the drinks with no sugar in? Also the maximum healthy amount of caffeine a day is 400 and I find it very hard to find a drink that contains over that amount.
No sugar? You mean the drinks that have artificial sweetness? Or just usual soda (carbonated water) ? why do you need caffeine? The amount of caffeine effects differently from a person to another and age does play a roll here too. But still ! if you like the energy drinks , why care?
The "Seeteners" are worse than sugar, Artificial crap (Sugar) being pumped through the system. 👍, anything ingredients wise that has 'OSE'at the end is also very bad. And then mix it with caffeine and 💥, your heart pumps enough to slowly give cardiac arrest. And damages over time!

But is one of those drinks really too much caffeine. I’m only talking about on drink in the day and no coffee.
Those drinks mostly have a coffe cup and a half of caffeine: about 120 mgs. More than 400 mgs a day and you're at overload. So gauge it like that. And don't forget dark colas have the same amount as a coffee also.
Personally I think it probably is perfectly safe but I’ve heard a lot about the fact that energy drinks could be dangerous and was just wondering what people thought and if there was any truth to it.
My brother once drank 5 Red Bulls in an hour and his heart hurt... So there must be something to moderation!!

well I'm not much of energy drink or coffee person so I'm not sure what a good or bad amount it but I'd say that no more than 4 a week must be decently stable based off of just my thoughts lol
