Is it bad if you keep missing meals?

Lately I keep missing dinner by accident a couple of times per week. Like today I got home from work and had a nap and saw it was 9:30pm when I woke up again! Then my thinking is I'm going to bed again soonish so just completely miss dinner or only have a small snack even though I'm hungry and want to cook a proper meal.

How can I stop this? I can't help being tired when I get home.
