Actually (probably, maybe) good cause heating might break some (benificial) chemicals down...
I get that way with some vegetables so I can relate. Especially cooked carrots. Too mushy.
you’re right! folate and vitamin C are both heat sensitive and many others as well. it really just depends on the fruit. some are more beneficial when cooked. some.. not so much.
