That looks like a good idea. I like regular gingerbread cookies. They'd probably taste good with the Oreo icing too.

Look good but was never really liked the cookie they were just to hard and crumble to easy. However did like the Oreo thin, they were addictive.

Never tried them. If they are like other gingerbread I've tried, they have too much ginger and not enough cinnamon (for my taste).

I think it defeats the purpose because the only thing I use gingerbread for is to make a gingerbread house and I can't do that with those.
