What does pumpkin pie taste like?

Similar to Sweet Potato pie, but pumpkins aren't as sweet so more sugar is added. It's good, but some prefer sweet potato. I love pumpkin anything and eat raw pumpkin, so I'm partial.

Pumpkin is a squash, so if you have had butternut squash, the flavor is in the same family, but pumpkin pie is slightly sweet with flavors of cinnamon, and nutmeg.

It taste savory and sweet. And depending on the chef it can have a strong hint of spice, most commonly cinnamon.

Kind of mealy kind of custardy kind of sweet. A good after dinner dessert, basically interchangeable with sweet potato pie

With the right amount cinnamon, a baking temperature of 325 degrees, and a home made shell.. Like heaven as I would imagine it!
