Are you going to get your Thanksgiving dinner from a restaurant and would you ever consider doing that?

For my entire life, we have found it pretty much sacrilegious to go to a restaurant or not cook everything from scratch for any major holiday, but three years ago, the entire family decided to go out for Thanksgiving just for the experience. I am such a cook, that I couldn't live with the idea of not cooking, so the night before I seriously made an entire Thanksgiving meal with a chicken instead of turkey for my immediate family and the next day our larger extended family all went to this super fancy place with waiters with gloves, a live pianist, and honestly some of the best food and dessert I've ever eaten, but I still wouldn't trade that for the home cooking.
No we making everything... Twice over the years someone I knew ordered from a store but you still had to heat everything up, so what was the point, and wasn't nowhere near as good as when just make it homemade
I would consider it but I do not recommend it for families. I feel it is very important to follow the American tradition. It not only keeps the tradition alive but it creates family time and for some families it might be the one day of the year they all sit down for dinner together!
