What is your favorite carb based breakfast food?

I filled in hash browns, but truly think of lobiani. I went to Georgia last winter and while almost all dishes are absolute comfort foods (khinkali, khachapuri styles), lobiani was the winner for me. There's nothing like finishing a hiking day in winter with lobiani.
Note, I'm more a salty than sweet kinda gal ;)

can't really pick one cuz i love too many. but imma big fan of hash browns or if biscuits and gravy count. haven't tried tater tots for breakfast yet but I would cuz they're great.
