It's like milk and cereal. You put the cereal in first then the milk after.
You put the teabag and water in first, then the milk or you're a criminal

I guess the big question. Same kettle. Same water same milk same tea. One mug milk first. One mug milk after. Could you tell the difference in a blind taste test?

I am not a tea drinker, i just make tea for others lol.
In theory, no and you shouldn't if the composition is the same and homogeneity of the tea is the same
