How do you like it cooked and what do you like with it on the side?

I am a meat eater who'd go cannibal rather than vegan


I personally like rump steak or flat iron when I can get it
Rare, medium rare
medium rare an aristocrat (had to finish the line)


On the side
baked potato or chips
Garlic mushrooms, onion rings and fried eggs or surf and turf
Not a big red wine drinker so whisky/whiskey

Yes I eat meat. By design as hunter scavengers, we are supposed to eat a bit of everything.

Chicken, but then again I haven't tried a lot of meat. Just chicken, fish, crab, prawns

Favorite cut is a ribeye. Hands down. Picanha is a VERY close #2. I want it cooked medium rare with some sautéed mushrooms and a baked potato. And red wine is always required.
