What makes the best wine in the world?

Well I never drink, so I have no clue, but I've tasted half a glass of wine few times, and one was white and kinda sweet. Tasted good actually but I can feel it in my head after just few oz. So. . .. I think it was called riesling maybe? I think they said Australia but I ain't that sure.. anyways.. happy new year
