Kazandibi or kazan dibi is a Turkish dessert and a type of caramelized milk pudding. It is developed in the kitchens of the Ottoman Palace and one of the most popular Turkish desserts today. It is traditionally made by burning the bottom of tavuk göğsü, whose bottom is burnt after it was cooked. It sounds good.

I don't think it has an English name. Never seen it before and had to look it up. Closest equivalent seems to be "milk pudding." Sounds good, but I can't quite imagine the taste. There's chicken in there, yeah?
Yes it make with milk. But not like pudding. Original kazandibi make without chicken.
Actually you say "Tavuk göğsü". It's make with chicken but also you can add chicken in kazandibi. It make too delicious. I prefer "Tavuk gögüslü kazandibi" (I'm sorry, my English is terrible 🙈)
