Who Wants To Cook & If So What YouTube Cooking Videos Have You Tried?

Question

This afternoon my neighbor dropped off lasagna sheets & she told me she can’t wait to see what I dream up & I told her challenge excepted. I have never had fried lasagna before & this could be interesting. I recently found this video on YouTube & I think I’m going to give it a try. On the other hand I’m always up for trying new cooking dishes & do you have any youtube cooking videos you would like to share.

I know one dish I used to like that my ex wife made I often requested, I remember the ingredients because I was the shopper
5 large baking potatoes
One pound of chop meat
1 jar of mild chunky salsa
1 can cheddar cheese soup
sliced olives
sour cream
Bake the potatoes for an hour at 400 degrees while cooking the chopped meat in a pan on stove with the salsa and cheddar cheese soup until cooked. thoroughly, Split the potatoes open and fill with the chopped meat mix and top off with olives and sour cream

Truly inspirational this is almost a combination of a loaded baked potato & a twice baked potato stuffed. Very interesting & thank you for sharing.

If I ever needed to learn to cook (which I should be learning right now heh) I wouldn't use youtube, my mom is an excellent cook. She and my grandmother would teach me. My mom would help me with all kinds of stuff, but my grandmother would help me with authentic Korean foods

As for me I never really learned how to cook until I started living on my own & got tired of eating out & eating frozen dinners so one day I started trying new dishes & learning how to cook them thanks to YouTube. As for you Everglow I dare you to glow in the kitchen & learn from your mom & grandmother as well. Glow in the kitchen my friend I dare you & be creative.

honestly lasagna is lasagna. i'd suggest changing up the ingredients that go inside. i've had breakfast lasagna which was good, but i think once you realize the noodle itself isn't what needs to change you will discover your dish

In this case they used chicken & I’m going to change it up & use hot Italian sausage instead because I have that in stock & instead of using breadcrumbs I’m going to experiment & use cracked pepper potato chips.

That's very creative to come up with substitute ingredients to use. I hadn't heard of chicken lasagna before. That sounds delicious, and I'm sure the spicy sausage will be good too.

I like the way you said you have it "in stock". I never heard that phrase used outside of a store before, but it works for at home too!
