I meant nachos and pasta separately but we have never made nachos in our home cause my parents don’t like Mexican food outside of specialty restaurants during our vacations but we have made pasta with some variations from time to time. Like some of our pastas have cheese and some do not. Some use brown noodles and some white, some thick and some thing. We also sometimes add mushrooms and sometimes we use green bell peppers and other times red or yellow and the meat also varies in our pasta but I still like the traditional tomato sauce with minced beef the most, maybe a little cheese too.
Sounds good. I grew up eating a lot of pasta, but find the noodles don't hold much nutrition so I switched to lentils.
I never tried lentil pasta but I had lentil salad and soup from the grocery store, it was not bad but the lack of meat left me I satisfied.
I meant lentils instead of noodles, but you can add beef. If you eat two cups of lentils you get over half your daily iron, a fair amount of protein, dietary fiber, and potassium. All naturally sourced.
