Well my mom is Italian, so I grew up eating a lot of Italian style cooking. Sausage and peppers, braciole, pizza (my nonna owned a pizzeria), pasta cabanara, pasta fagioli, chicken parmigiana, panzanella salad, gnocchi, good Italian bread, etc My mom and sister can both cook really well, and my uncle is a really good cook too. Chicken FranceseThis is my favorite. My mom makes it for my birthday every year!Pasta PrimaveraFried ZucchiniEggplant Parmigiana
