thats crazy, why?
I said it above. Drinking while eating dilutes the gastric juices in the stomach thus slowing down digestion making it more difficult for your body to pull nutrients from what you are eating. Best practices are no more than 4 oz of water no less than 1/2 hour before a meal since water is important for digestion. Then waiting at least half an hour but better an hour, depending on the heaviness of the meal, to let the digestion process be efficient.
Beef is very heavy on the digestive system and makes you thirsty. It's best eaten sparingly.
this is what your doctor told you tho?
No, I was raised this way. My mom was a nurse. Google it if you don't believe me.
i believe you, i just wanted to know if it was self treated or not, nurse, gotcha 👌
As long as I can remember eating meals, I don't drink with them. I also have sweets before dinner since sugars digest faster sonif you have them after meat, the sugar buts in li e so to speak and more digestion intesive foods sit and start to rot in your GI tract.
