My late wife liked to eat all meals at restaurants. When she got sick and passed away, I stopped eating out and prepared my own food at home. In two months I lost 17 pounds. Restaurant food is high in fat, salt, and calories. I always try to choose healthier food! The basic rule is eat less, move more. I know that is difficult to change habits!

If that is a concern at all :) Also is a good grain you could probably talk your parents into trying if they also ever wanted to try a food source that is great at helping both balancing blood sugars and their calories to burn ratio. Its a great food for those focused on just being healthy NOTE its a bland grain. OwO make sure to make like a smootie based dressing or have it in a salad. For best consumption. Also beware you will gain probably a lot of muscle if you eat a really healthy diet. and probably will inevitably get you attention from guys >.> Its what some might call a wonder food >.> just be careful out there miss XD.

But it’s not just about eating healthy and exercise but genetics as well if you have a smaller frame then you could achieve that look too
