With boron, I find it has adverse effects on people with the libido like it makes a huge difference (as with me) or none at all. I think it depends on whether they have a boron deficiency in their nutrition. I think I'm prone to it since I don't eat foods like raisins or almonds that much.
I looked at a table of foods rich in boron which tend to exponentially drop in boron content after the top few and I don't get the top few ones that much like raisins and almonds and grapes. I eat those maybe once every few weeks, not every single day. So I think I'm prone to boron deficiency and that really messes with my libido and also my muscle recovery from soreness.
Some people have accused me of using PEDS because I am probably close to or over 24 FFMI but I never used them. And it wasn't like I was that close in my 20s, I was probably only 21 FFMI in spite of being sponsored athlete. But I did have a sort of momentum as a boy where I was the top athlete in swimming, running, long jump, arm wrestling, climbing, etc, in my school, and that momentum built my expectations for myself for life. And I think boron helped me to keep reaching those expectations. This is how I look these days and I am not bodybuilder but former sponsored athlete, and I don't train very hard:I really don't use PEDs but I don't know how to convince people that I don't. But I swear by boron, anyway.
