Interesting tidbit, butter is actually healthier than low fat spreads, not only for it's high nutrients but it's high amount of Linoleic acid. Linoleic acid is responsible for the fat intake off switch in Adipose (fat) cells. The reduced amount of LA in spreads hinders this process and allows fat cells to become engorged with fat, leading to obesity.
Also the high nutrients in butter aid heart health, reduction is diabetes, and a lowering of obesity. Obviously when eaten in moderation just like everything else.
