I prefer medium unless I know the restaurant is good, then I'll go with medium rare. In Japan I had some basically raw, but the company paid a lot, lol.
I don't know what it is. I tried it and honestly it just taste like... iron and mush at that point. and the texture of the raw fat? naaah. Not for me. I dont understand the hype. Then again my taste buds aren't the best to begin with. I need like 3 layers of garlic on my pizza to taste the damn garlic XD
Haha, I get that and garlic is great. I used to eat steak well done with ketchup, no jokes. But when I started going to better restaurants it feels better to eat it less cooked.
have you tried bison by chance? And yeah Turkey just has a "clean" taste and profile to it. Does that make sense? You get what I'm saying? lol. I LOVE rabbit too. In northern Italy they take the rabbit and slow cook it until the meat falls off the bones. Then they take it and put it in a sauce, add mushroom, onions, fresh rosemary, garlic, crushed tomatoes, and red wine and let it slow simmer. Then you put it over polenta and top it with fresh grated parmesan! SO GOOD! <3
We're they true meat would not be responsible for helping cure mental diseases. And I'm stronger on an 80% meat diet than when I was eating vegan or standard American. ☺️👍👌
Many people say they’re healthy at age 90 that they’re smoking but look at the quality of the life that they’re living. I’m almost 40 and look at my body! A quick 3 days hiking biking adventure will quickly show how deteriorated you are. Of course humans will say anything to refuse change or live blood test for sure has screwed up your white and red blood cells are from dehydration if that sound enough go to a colon test all those dead rotten meat in your ass
i tried a few diets, keto works for me. Veganism had my blood pressure raised and panic attacks increased. I make no apologies, I love beef, bison, rabbit, and turkey and have no desire to remove that from my diet. I did before and it sucked. Vegan food is bland af and none of it tastes remotely like Beef or Rabbit which satiate me. what's more organ meats are the most nutrient dense food you can consume. My cholesterol IS down on Keto, and I've lost 50 lbs of fat on it too, my bpm went from 122 to 72. So there ya go. And my erections are much stronger and more frequent. Also i get all the B12 i require. Fat isn't the enemy, never has been. Processed sugar and processed carbs are the issue. Also everyone builds muscle at different rates, anyone who has delved into human anatomy knows that it's heavily based on genetics not just diet and exercise.
Because you did it too quickly if you want on that whole plant-based diet you have a lot of junk in your body you started eating fruits foods too quickly your body started cleaning itself too fast and you got to do with drawls from it that’s why I recommend people to do a gradually give the body enough time for it to clean itself it’s not the vegetables if your body is fucked up
but that still wouldn't explain why i am so healthy on a diet that is 80% meat. And it's the first and ONLY time I've never had to use anti-depressants and anxiety medicine in my entire life. I go regular a few times a day, that's never stopped. To your original point if humans were never made to eat meat we simply never would have eaten it. To even get the veggies and fruits you would need to live off of you need to get crap from around the entire world... which is not something our ancestors would have been able to do at all. And for us to even be living on just plants we'd basically have to look all day and graze. That would leave us with no room to progress and evolve. Our ancestors had all kinds of tools for hunting and fishing. that didn't just start for no reason. We were designed to be omnivores. I go to the bathroom 3 times day to do a #2. I feel amazing and meat makes me feel satisfied. When I ate plant foods i did it for 9 weeks and the whole time beans never made me feel happy or content. Nor did nuts and seeds. The only thing that made me happy was a damn ribeye steak or a slow cooked piece of pork or some rabbit. Nothing else does it for me. when we were snowed in during the ice age where do you think our food sources were coming from? It was coming from animals. Do you know how to eat just meat and not get scurvy? You eat the liver, kidneys, and heart, all rich in vitamin C. Fats help you go to the bathroom the same way fibers would. Have you ever seen a herbivore eat meat? No. they would outright reject it. we dont and what's more we enjoy it. Why do so many vegans have meat substitutes if we werent designed to eat meat? Surely our cravings would vanish quickly. Try these experiment with other animals. see how they take to it. Try to get a wolf to eat broccoli over a steak.
Humans were never designed to eat meat you could do your own homework I’m not writing a cyclopedia because you’re too lazy. Our choices are so bad that bill gates is buying all the farms to sell us plastic fake meat. To kill us faster.

I don't care about such things...
I do not know the difference honestly lol
Me neither. Supposedly grass fed is healthier?
@Rachel794 it is, yes.
I can hardly taste the difference tbh.
same! I think grain fed is slightly more mellow though.
But then again, cook it for 30 seconds less and it's the same again, lol
I'm the weird one that can't do anything less than medium

Grain - I am used to it.
it's hard to change something you've been acquainted to your whole life. i'm the same.
Definitely grass feed.
Never tried beef, never will
your religion right?
Nope, I eat meat. Its not religion, I'm Hindu, but some Hindus do eat meat
I love chicken, fish, mutton, and shrimp, I've even tried rabbit once lol, I love turkey too, but I just don't eat pork and beef
It's a personal choice
