I love root beer but my diabetes hates it lol, my all yine favourite is IBC luckily they do a diet version, unluckily I can't get it in the UK anymore. A&W diet is acceptable though. Virgil's root beer has become available in the UK recently and they do a zero sugar version although harder to get hold of. Once in a while I'll just throw caution to the wind and go with a full fat version just vecause they taste better, and one every now and then won't kill me. Root beer is actually one of my favourite soft drinks.

The British equivalent is dandelion and Burdock so when I found a can of American root beer I was keen to try it. To be honest it tasted pretty similar and nothing special.

We used to make our own root beer when I was growing up. Bottles exploding huge mess everywhere oh, but it was so good. And then we would make homemade ice cream and make floats 😋. I actually haven't had beer in a long time, but I like Barq's. Root beer definitely seems to be an American thing. I've seen many videos of people from other countries trying it and they all said it tastes like medicine.😄
Probably dad's, but I don't have it too often, when I do I make it myself. Dry ice and the whole thing, that is be far the best to me.
