Should apple pie be served hot or cold?
I've just eaten an apple crumble for supper, it was bubbling hot. But when it comes to apple pie I quite enjoy them cold. So, apple pie, hot or cold?

Do you cook in wine?
Coq au vin, beef bourguignon, and my favourite lamb shank in red wine are a few examples of common everyday meals with a red wine base. But decent wine isn't cheap, and a lot of people don't like to "waste" the good stuff...
Sugar before or after pouring?
If you take sugar with your tea/coffee, do you put the sugar in the cup first and pour the liquid onto it, or do you add the sugar to the full cup?
Cheesecakes. Baked or unbaked?
Cheesecakes can be made baked using eggs to set them or unbaked using something like gelatine to set the cream. Personally, I prefer to make and eat the baked type. But which do you prefer?
