I am a big fan of people watching, and fascinated with sociology and human behavior.

But what continues to stump me is the younger generation's constant quest for the approval of their looks by the outside world. OK I'm not immune to wanting others to find me attractive I'll admit that. But anymore it simply seems that young women in particular are basing their entire self worth on whether or not people on social media finds them attractive or not. So let me ask all the young women out there this...

Are you worthy of love?

Are you worth more than what a stranger thinks of you?

I think that the answer to both is "yes".

So try to love yourself as you are and others will certainly follow your lead because confidence and inner strength is very attractive on everyone.
