What is the definition of a tomboy? And why are they always considered less attractive than girly girls?

Tomboys go against gender standards. Men/boys who aren’t secure in their own sexuality will be intimidated by you. Others may be unsure whether you are interested in them or are just hanging out. There’s also a misconception that tomboys cannot make good wives/caregivers.

Don’t worry about changing who you are. Be yourself and you will find someone who cherishes you.

I'd probably say you are a tomboy from someone who really doesn't know you too well, but once someone got to know you and the things you you like, I'd say you seem less like a tomboy but regardless, at least for me, it doesn't make someone less attractive. Tomboys: a sense fashion style or/and a set of characters that are different from girls' style. You look fine. If you want to be attractive, you can totally "dress up." Who would like to "dress up" every single days? It's tiring. It's called occasional dress for a reason.

They are considered "less attractive" because "tomboys". Girls who possess a part or the whole boys' way of thinking. No one likes anyone who knows what he or she thinks.

Personally, I'm a fan of tomboys, and from my experience, they are plenty feminine and attractive. Who wants a girl that screams when they see a bug, and hates being outside? Not me. I like being in the dirt.

Are you kidding? Most tomboys i know are smoking hot! Of course i grew up in the country where the hot Farmer’s daughter likes to shoot, hunt, go mudding, fishing etc. man i miss the country! The hot girls are less picky there too!

I like tomboys much more than girly girls. The latter are just disgusting. Tomboys are more friendly and cheerful. They are a perfect companion of a guy, especially for a shy guy like me.

I wouldn't really consider being a tomboy a negative, but it's not always a positive at the same time. I've been interested in a decent number of people who were tomboys. As for the definition, I just treat it as a classification for girls who are more into guy things than girl things. I dunno. Sorry if I'm confusing XD
