Girls, how long do you wear a bra before washing it?

Like do you wear it once and wash it, or do you wear it a few times before washing it... on one hand they seem delicate, but on the other hand they must need washing sometimes.

If it’s a sports bra after one use. Regular bra worn in the a/c could be worn 2-3 times before washing.
