Seems legit, i mean you don't need to be strong to hold that position just strong enough to hold the tension and the rest is done by the bone structure.

Getting up there is timing and team work.

and they both weigh probably the same, so i guess you can easily reverse the positions.

When stuff like this is done, the person on top jumps high and the other just has to place the hands right, do a single press WITH THE HELP OF THE LEGS and lock the shoulders.
The amount of weight I can lift and hold over my shoulders if I use my legs to help is way WAY bigger than the one I can lift in consecutive reps just with shoulder strengh.

It probably isn't photoshopped but it more than likely is a well timed photo and she only hoisted him up for a second

It's the combination of her being able to lift and of the guy being very light. Looks completely real to me.

Going by her physique and how skinny the dude is, I think it's entirely reasonable to assume that was done without photoshop.
