I told her that I wasn't sure if that was a good thing or a bad thing ans she told me that it's nothing serious and that I am overthinking it. I'm still confused help!

It could be different things.
She can be trying to know if you're feelings are real.
She can be trying to know if she's ready for a relationship or not.
She could be a victim of abuse or had a traumatic experience and it's just trying to know if you're trustworthy.
