All were virtual dates, due to COVID-19 lockdowns in our area. We did games and other activities online together. I last properly spoke to her earlier this week, during the third date. I messaged her after the date itself and the next day to arrange a time to meet up next. Both messages were read, but no reply. Figured she may have had stuff on and simply forgot to get around to replying - which happens. I then left it for a couple of days and messaged her again last night only to get a couple of rather cold replies. Figure I’ll message her again at the end of the weekend.
Ask her flat out if she’s uninterested. It’s no reason to beat around the bush at this point, she’s disregarding your feelings and life is too short to waste on the wrong people.

It’s been nearly a week.
Have you reached out?
I’ve attempted to. A few days ago, a day after our last date, asked her on a date again - specific day and activity - but left me on read no response. I messaged her again the following day as I figured, maybe she had stuff on and simply forgot to reply. Again left me on read with no reply. Let her be for a couple of days before sending her another message last night, she replied with a one line message to tell me she was busy. Normally she’d reply a lot more quickly. This girl isn’t normally specific with her answers but I do know that if she says she’s busy, she actually has stuff on and that’s fine. It’s just she usually responded a lot quicker than she had been since the third date, didn’t leave me on read multiple times, etc. I don’t think I’m overloading her with messages - probably been sending one or two every one or two days.
I guess I could leave it until Sunday and reach out to her again then?
I mean I'm not gonna lie it sounds like she's wanting you to take a hint that she's no longer interested. You'll only know if you ask. I had something similar happen to me and a few days later then guy turned around and admitted that he had didn't have feelings for me anymore.
