Why is it so controversial to say that women abhor short men, but not that men abhor fat women?

Bc women fight for their voices to be heard on body issues such as the vision imposed by the media whereas men are slower in this problematic. And also it's not okay to say "I hate short men". If one speaks ill of the appearance of another on a thing they can't change in less than 10 minutes, they are a-holes. Gender doesn't cjange anything to being stupid.
