What do girls think of guys who sweat?

Hi,
I am 24 and play on a mixed social sport team and I am interested in a girl on this team.
After the game I get very sweaty and red from all of the running I am doing.

It is quite embarrassing for me and I have a reasonable amount of fitness.

What do you think?
