If by "conservative" you mean politically, then no. There are politically conservative women that dress provocatively; usually they are fitness or yoga models. Yoga models tend to side with the liberals though.
This is too generalized,. Conservative women have more important things to work on to worry about others.
As someone that dislikes girls that show off their butt all the time, i would say to conservative girls, don't change anything.
