Well many girls play Sims, and it's not uncommon for people to make Sims characters who are similar to themselves. It's not creepy, he is your boyfriend in real life, it might been creepy if it was a guy that you was stalking. You already admitted that you want to have a kid with your boyfriend in the future, so you was basically testing how your kid might look. :)

As for the update, well you sure not wasting time in Sims, your avatar is already pregnant with her second child, impressive. I see that you always go for try for baby in Sims, unlike in real life, could you show us a picture of your avatar in Sims? and by the way did you also make a characters of your mom in Sims? who would nag you otherwise, and that's where much of the drama of your story is coming from. :)

Maybe he may like it, but that may be on the getting weird side as well. I've had one female start asking about marriage after dating her for 3 weeks. She had 3 kids already. She looked good, but that just scares us guys away.
