I crave to not be on it anymore. I am in perimenopause right now, and I get pretty bad headaches and cramps - unlike any other time in my life. I just want it to be over.

Chocolate chip cookies. Almost anything Chocolate. Wendy's Chocolate frosty and fries. Salty foods little bit.

Yep. I found it surprising, actually. Up until I was with her, I had never dated a girl who was "in the mood" on her period. Same thing with every girl since her. She was the only one.

Oh sure it's possible. I'm just saying that I was pleasantly surprised, because every prior girlfriend had trained me to believe "period = stay away" (not just with intimacy, a total "stay away"). If fact, she would initiate. I still remember the first time. She started messing around, and I actually said out loud, "Really? Neat!" 😂

Yea, chocolate, cookies, chips, ice cream. I used to also drink wine and beer to make me feel better, but it really wasn't doing anything but confuse my emotions, so I don't drink on it anymore.
