That is part of you. The only way is unless you have trauma that changes your physiological, which is damaging. And you know what else, which please DON'T. I don't know who told you about your sensitivity but that is you. Be around people who aren't scared of your sensitivity. I just don't bother with people who don't respect me. Anybody who wants to say I'm so sensitive needs to do either two things: Either respect me, or there is the exit. Set boundaries. And be with healthy people. Not toxic.

Look at life differently, not everything is meant to attack you or hurt you. If someone says something mean, it is up to you if accept the insult or just brush it off, being sensitive isn't a bad thing but dont let everything get under your skin. Sensitive people are usually kind so smile and look at the bright side.
