Let's say it's not based on because you met a new guy or he's weird. Let's say the guy is sweet and handsome and makes you laugh what could be the reason why you ghosted him or stopped talking to him?

Mostly because I forget they exist without a prompt, but that's a me thing and probably not typical.

It could be anything from her being busy to her just finding something that is holding her interest more. Just have to ask her.

Can’t ask someone when they cut contact with you. I’ve met girls on dating apps. Spoke to one girl for 3 years who liked me and thought I was a chill dude. Haven’t spoken to her since June. Don’t know whether she’s alive or dead. I could tell back in May 2021 something was up with her and I tried to approach the situation lightly and not be some uptight a-hole. I know where she works, she’s a hostess at restaurant. But I wouldn’t go there. Although I just want to see if everything is fine.

Yeah, if you have still been messaging on your apps or whatever your preferred communication is and she still isn't answering then chances are she is just moving on and perhaps it would be best if you did too.

She deleted all her social media around June. I have a feeling she got sick and tired of guys hitting on her. She told me that guys would send her dick pics and hit on here constantly of 30+ different guys messaging her everyday through DM's. She told me it was overwhelming. I don't think she hates me. If she did reach out to me I would respond. I know if the roles are reversed and a guy reaches out to a girl. Girls and women tend to be a little more cold and rude with guys and men like why is he contacting me. With me, I don't really care. If I don't speak to her again, yeah thinking in the present moment it does suck, I do want to talk to her but I can't do anything.

It can be overwhelming at times. I'm sure it happens to a lot of the pinks here.

It's not that we are cold or rude on it's own. We just deal with it so much that it becomes sort of white noise and we just get guarded or dismissive because its probably something we have already heard before.

I can practically map out a conversation before it already occurs with some of the guys who dm me here.

Hopefully, if she wants to contact you she will find a way to do so.

If I got bored of him, the spark has gone, or I just can’t be bothered.. saying that if we’ve been talking for a few weeks or more daily I wouldn’t ghost.. only if it’s a couple of weeks max.. you don’t just ghost someone you’ve been talking to for years

I agree with the other person who posted, only she can tell you the true reason. If you’re asking why in a general sense…she could’ve come to a conclusion about where y’all were headed and thought a clean break would be easier. It’s childish not to communicate that, though.
