If the bunny is facing forward, on his left arm would be playboy, and on his right arm playgirl.
The Playboy Bunny faces left and has the eye on the left and two ears on the right. Google the logo and you'll see the bunnies all come up facing the same direction.
Hopefully he doesn't have the Playgirl tat (mirror image). If he does, then that's how it is. Then he should get a second bunny on his other arm ;)

Douche alert! Or at least he used to be a douche, the kind who would think that tattoo is cool. Or he was a douche one time when he was drunk. I've never heard that it means they're gay... that doesn't make much sense.

I've always assumed a Playboy tattoo on a guy meant he was gay. I could be wrong, but that's what I've always encountered.
