I have been here since 2014 and have seen people say they are leaving, cancel their accounts and end up coming back with a new account a few feeks or months later.

There is an off chance that if the government gets more aggressive in the corona virus quarantines that I might be back because I can’t physically get into my new job. But I’m working on a temporary work from home thing to get around that if it happens. There might be a circumstance where I choose not to go like they insist I move and report into the office I may have to decline. But i think these are unlikely scenarios. In general I try not to worry about things out of my control. I just work on the information I have available to me today. Rest assured though if I get it worked out I won’t be back. And if I am back then you’ll know I didn’t get into my dream job.

But, you’re used to seeing the people that get pissed off or need validation that once they get over it they jump back in. I’m not one of those people. I mean to go and have actually been planning it since January and I’m happy I get to leave on a positive note and touch base with some people

I wasn't implying that you were doing it for validation. It makes sense that you would want to say goodbye to those you have connected with on here. I have just found it funny/ironic that over the years the people who announced that they were leaving often came back while those who left silently didn't. Not always the case, just a trend that stood out to me.

@VIVANT you and vivamt are two of my favorites here. I’ll miss you guys the most. I hang around gag mostly cuz I like to keep up with a handful of people. As part of my therapy it’s come to the front that I sometimes try to do to much and it causes me lots of stress so I’m trying to learn to manage my time a little better. GaG unfortunately fell into the can’t do anymore bucket. Not that I dislike or am aggravated at GaG for me it was about a few gag friends but sometimes we have to make hard choices. Ever since I was a little kid I wanted to do something space related. Like a dream of mine. Just by happenstance something fell in my lap and to do it I’ve gotta make some changes.
