  Well some guys think very differently then others. If it were me, I wouldn't "expect" anything. I would just hope you liked it and maybe get turned on a bit. Maybe touch me if you wanted to. Not getting sex... I would just think you're not ready or didn't want to then. Or maybe it was just play and no sex was expected or intended. Some guys would expect sex though but you can usually tell this by how he acts. If you don't do anything and he's all upset afterwards kinda thing, he was likely expecting sex.
