He “Accidentally” Sent Me a Dick Pic?

The current situation: He randomly sent me a dick pic on Snapchat with no caption. He apologized then claimed it was an accident in the chat section. I highly doubt it because he has never sent me an accidental Snapchat before! What a coincidence for it to be a dick pic! We haven’t snapped in weeks, so he must’ve searched for my username because we aren’t in each other’s bestfriend/recents list. I’ve mentioned to him before that I hate unsolicited dick pics, so he must’ve thought the only way to subtly send one to me is by “accident”. Or maybe I’m wrong, he could’ve clicked the wrong username... If any guys could help me figure this out... Is this really an accident? Or was it on purpose?

Our past: I used to be interested in him (I even told him too), but he was into another girl at the time. We made it clear that we want to stay friends. I stopped talking to him because it got awkward. Long story short, things didn’t ever work out with her so he came to me for comfort. I felt used, so I stopped talking to him again (in real life & on social media). Not sure why, but he told me a lot of personal stuff about his past, current struggles, dark secrets, etc. I see him everyday because we sit next to each other in class but I moved away after he sent me the dick pic. We haven’t talked since that incident. He texted me “Let’s just pretend this never happened” but I left him on read because I want to let him know I’m mad by ignoring him. Currently I’m waiting for him to text me first so I can confront him about lying. I’m surprised he hasn’t contacted me since I’m sure he noticed that I’m avoiding him. I saw him staring at me during lunch too if that means anything.

One does not simply take a picture of their wang by opening the app, clicking to take a picture then sending it through a contract abd then claiming accident. That is too much work
