Yeah, it was an accident.
When I was in the military and living in the barracks. The shower area of the 2 man room (shared by an adjoining room) was across from the wall lockers. Pretty common (as strange as it may seem) to shower, then step out to the wall locker to dry off and get dressed.
What I had not realized is that my roommate's girlfriend had come over while I was showering. So when I stepped out of the shower, she got a full view.

She didn't freak or anything. I think my roommate was more freaked than she was.

I'm not a girl, but I've gone skinny dipping with a mixed-sex group of friends, and to a mixed-sex onsen a couple of years back (fabulously good for the skin!). I wouldn't categorize that as 'flashing' though. But people are free to disagree.
Yeah but I never believe that "oops, it was an accident excuse" because they're usually showing interest before or after it occurs. Besides, who accidentally opens their photo library, selects & uploads their nudes in private message without meaning to? Or who accidentally logs onto a third party photo sharing website, goes through their photo library, copies the links to their nudes, and pastes it in someones dm's? 🤔

He tried to act like it was accidental, but he wanted me to see that he was aroused and see what my reaction would be. Aside from that I don't think I can really recall another situation.

Hmm I dunno.. my partner does that but he doesn’t notice he’s doing it because we’ve been together for 10 years so we’re comfortable around each other and don’t make a point of making sure everything is covered up when it’s just us alone.
