I do like him I was just really nervous and pulled away or laughed each time he tried.

I’m a virgin so I was afraid he would expect something more physical if I kissed him and since we where alone and at his house.. I just really like him and didn’t expect to be blocked by this
.
I did try kiss him quickly when we got outside but he stood still and tensed up and didn’t kiss back so I just pulled away and he walked ahead.

  Before I left he seemed annoyed he was veryyy quiet so I said “don’t like block me now” and he said he wouldn’t then I guess I made it worse by saying “well if you do I don’t care just.. it’s whatever” and yah if I see him in person i will definitely try talk to him and stuff.

If you happen to see him irl or if he reaches out to you, explain your side of the situation and be 100% honest so there's no room for miscommunication, which is likely what resulted in this situation in the first place. If you don't see him or he doesn't reach out to you, leave him be. He probably blocked you because he didn't want to talk to you and trying to circumvent that is both creepy and disrespectful.
