He got caught texting me by his girlfriend and he hasn’t posted on social media since/has deleted snapchat. Why?

as if blocking me wasn’t enough (I didn’t know about her until he said that he cannot text me anymore/cannot meet me as there’s a girlfriend in the picture and she’s getting concerned.) and I’m really worried about him, as he used to post all the time, when we spoken he’d post more like once per week documenting his job, and suddenly nothing since we last spoke (October.)
